FREE DELIVERY: From Time to Time we may offer free or delivery included in the price offers to UK mainland only.
We currently offer following delivery Options:
The prices listed below are per order, not per item for up to 30KG for UK Mainland.
Other areas may differ according to Parcel Force guidelines for each country.
Please note: All orders that contain pre order items will be shipped as a whole order when the pre ordered items are ready to be dispatched.
Standard delivery costs for orders up to £29.99 is between 99p and £3.99 depending on the price.
For orders over £29.99, the delivery is free to UK mainland. This offer excludes all remote areas.
We also offer priority and express delivery for a higher cost to remote areas but orders may take 2-3 working days to arrive.
For standard free deliveries you have until 2pm on 21st of December to place your order. We aim to deliver all expedited orders placed by 3pm on 21st of December by 22nd of December to all UK Mainland postcodes.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
- Standard delivery costs for orders up to 29.99 is between 99p and £3.99 depending on what your order is.
- £3.99 - Standard 3 - 5 working day delivery - Royal Mail tracked & signed for service. (Monday - Saturday)
£4.99 - Expedited Delivery - Tracked & Signed for Service, Tracked & Signed for Service (UK Mainland Only, Must order before 3.00pm Monday-Thursday)
- £14.99 - Saturday Delivery -Tracked & Signed for Service / Tracked & Signed for Service (UK Mainland Only, Must order before 12.00pm Friday)
- FREE DELIVERY: From Time to Time we may offer free or delivery included in the price offers to UK mainland only.
- Items under 2KG : are sent via Royal Mail and do not incur additional costs to UK .
- For items over 2KG, High lands & islands, and other remote areas: Additional £10.00 charges may apply.

UK Mainland Saturday Delivery*
- Order before 11 AM Friday to receive your items on Saturday. Orders made after 11 AM Friday will be delivered During the following Saturday. Postcode restrictions apply these services are not available to channel islands or remote areas.
FREE DELIVERY: Free Delivery means that delivery cost is included in the price or some of the cost is absorbed by us for sending the item only.

- Deliveries can take 3-11 working days (excluding weekends and bank holiday sat both destinations) This delivery option is for Ireland, France, Germany, Monaco, Italy, Netherlands , Additional Countries may be available.
- Please select your country and delivery charge at checkout. In correct selection may incur delay and additional charge or both.
Large & Bulky Items:
Large bulky items can take between 3-7 working days for UK mainland and the charges vary depending on the item. If your order contains a large or bulky item you will be notified of the charge and the shipping time frame when you add this item to your basket. Large, bulky items are typically products that weigh over 30kg. However, some items may be classed as large or bulky items even if they weigh less than 30kg due to the products dimensions.
Please note that we try our best to offer the most competitive and even some time subsidized , or included in the price or the item shipping rates. Shipping fees incurred are only covering the cost of the shipping as charged by our third party delivery company. In these cases, we have no alternative but to pass this shipping charge to our customers. Where possible, we may subsidize the packaging and handling of shipping charges and do try not pass this to our customers, Our policy may change without notice to our past or present customers at any time.
Please note that all our delivery times are only guidelines and are not 100% guaranteed due to certain factors which are outside of our control.
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. A refund of the cost of goods without shipping will be processed within 7 days unless you have notified us before then to advise that the goods are still required. If the goods are still required, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for a second delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address at the specified date to sign for the parcel. If no one is present the courier may deliver the goods to a neighbor either side or directly opposite and should leave a card to advise where this parcel has been left. If a parcel has been delivered but you are claiming non receipt of a parcel then please allow 3-5 days from date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier. If a refund is applied and the goods are later located then we reserve the right to place a debit for these goods unless you return them to us.
Almost everything listed on our site is normally In Stock is present in our warehouse and available for dispatch. how ever there are occasions wen we send orders from third party suppliers which may take slightly longer to arrive. this is some time the cae for some large and bulky item. In the unlikely event that any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email notification of any order cancellation as a result of stock out / no stock confirming that any per-authorization has been released or payment refunded as relevant in line with our Delivery Time frames
It is our objective to achieve on time delivery on all orders. We monitor our delivery partners and our experience is that delivery is successful within the chosen delivery time period in 99% of cases.
We use a number of third party courier service providers and on occasion human error may cause a package to be misdirected. Once dispatched, the on time delivery of a package is the responsibility of the relevant courier company and homeware4u.com cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time.
In order to avoid disappointment, we suggest that customers place orders well in advance of parties, birthdays, other occasions as well as Christmas to allow for any unforeseen delays.

Expedited and Free Shipping on orders over certain value excludes orders for large or bulky items or deliveries made to Northern Ireland or postcodes deemed the highlands and islands by our courier. Large, bulky orders are typically items over 25 kg, however, this is not an exact rule and some items may be classed as a large or bulky item even if they weigh less than 25 kg due to the product dimensions (i.e. the length of the product falls outside that of a standard parcel). For deliveries of some large, bulky goods we may require someone present at the time of delivery to assist the driver.
Please ensure all returns are accompanied with a returns Return Mandate, All returns will be dealt with within a 14 working day period after arrival, please allow a further 14 working days for refunds to appear back into your account.
Where credits are issued, these will have no expiry date.
Please note that any items purchased with a 25% or more discount code or any items in the sale section are considered final sale and will not be accepted for return unless faulty.
